Customers who whitelist incoming/outgoing IP addresses must ensure that the full Payment Express IP address range is allowed. This has been rescheduled from the original date of 31 October 2017. The delay is to ease the transition for affected merchants. Local times: NZT: 18 Apr 2018 at 09:00 PST: 17 Apr 2018 at 14:00 AEST: 18 Apr 2018 at 07:00 Payment Express will disable the TLS 1.0 and TLS1.1 HTTPS protocols. TLS 1.2 will be required. [Identified] Region: Australia Some merchants transacting via First Data (Card present only) are experiencing transaction declines with response code 91. Payment Express is contacting First Data for further information. Updates to follow.

[Resolved] Update: This was not a First Data or acquirer issue Upon further investigation Payment Express has discovered that this issue was limited to certain merchants using PXPP hardware. Merchants on SCR Tupelo were unaffected. Affected merchants can contact Payment Express support for further assistance.
