[Identified] NZT: 01:02 - Ongoing Region: New Zealand Merchants transacting via Westpac uplink are experiencing transaction failures Payment Express have spoken with Westpac, and have been told that this issue is wide-spread affecting multiple connections to them. This is being looked into by the telecommunications provider.
