Description

Merchants who have firewall restrictions for devices connecting to Payment Express will need to be aware of an upcoming change. Scheduled for the following window: PDT: Tue 25 June 2019 at 14:00 – 15:00 EDT: Tue 25 June 2019 at 17:00 – 18:00 AEST: Wed 26 June 2019 at 07:00 – 09:00 NZT: Wed 26 June 2019 at 09:00 – 10:00 Region: Global Payment Express will be using a new IP address range: 45.75.195.1 -> 45.75.195.30 The following IP range will no longer be used or owned by Payment Express after the change: 89.187.105.193 -> 89.187.105.206 We recommend removing it from any firewall whitelists after the scheduled date Payment Express currently only uses these IP ranges in the EMEA region so there will be no immediate effect for other regions, but we do recommend keeping our full set of IP ranges in firewall lists. No interruptions are expected for this change. Our full IP ranges are listed here: https://www.paymentexpress.com/connectivity-about Please pass this information to your network/IT administrator so that they are aware of this change.
